Great private bedroom with private bathroom!

Read everything please! Very quiet neighborhood close to major freeways and metro. I have 3 chickens in the backyard They do squawk loudly when they lay eggs Plenty of parking I live here and do a lot from the house but am quiet Lili and Adrian are here sometimes as well - my girlfriend and her son At night it’s very quiet here. The room itself is cozy and nice. Direct access to outside. Equipped with bed, desk, fridge, air conditioner, closet , clock, drawers under bed and nightstand. Outside there are 2 big orange trees! They are great when ripe!! The patio outside has table and chairs and BBQ. Ask for cushions for outside if you plan on using it (there is one in your closet). Sorry - I know B&B can be misleading but breakfast or foodstuff not provided. Your bedroom BBQ/outside area Private bathroom Please think of this place as your place to retire after a long day out . It's not a place to hang out all day. Also please do not hang out in the living room or kitchen area for an extended period of time. I do my best to not make a lot of noise, not talk on speaker phone - that should be illegal! - lol - please do your best to be respectful as well. Common sense stuff - lock the front door, turn off lights, etc. I'm in and out all day - interaction will be very sparse My schedule fluctuates constantly so there is a chance we probably won't even meet...but this is nice for you as it might end up being a nice private stay. Please do not bring guests to the house I love how quiet and clean it is - I've been here for 22 years! There is a really nice park walking distance at the end of my street Just up the street is the NoHo arts district - theater, 24 hour fitness, eateries, Starbucks, etc. Just south is Ventura Blvd - everything is on this street! It's almost a mile walk to the metro but Uber or Lyft will take you there for $3! A car is always recommended in LA Using WAZE has been very helpful I have a bike and if you want to rent it we can work something out. Let me know! I might be able to drive you places too if I’m available - I’ll be cheaper than Uber Walking distance to a really nice park and quite a few churches in the area. Also a very quaint French coffee house on the corner of the street - Marie et Cie. I live in the house but am not always there. Sometimes I have a friend over but will always let you know beforehand.
