The interior of your unit features 3 bedrooms (A/C in bedrooms only), bathroom, and a comfy open concept living & eat in kitchen area. Opportunity to rent all 3 units (5 bedrooms) for full privacy. Casa Piña Suave is a cozy vacation rental on a quiet street that dead ends into the ocean just 3 houses down. Easy to find (this address actually pulls up on your phone!), your vacation will begin stress free. Utilities include reliable town water (plus a 400 gallon cistern), full electricity, on demand hot water direct to the shower (not in the sinks), AC in the bedrooms, ceiling fans in the living room, eat in kitchen and bedrooms, and high speed WiFi, you can unplug or plug in as much as needed. The unit offers 3 private bedrooms; 2 with queen beds and 1 with a full bed. Each bedroom has a closet. WE STRICTLY ENFORCE A MAXIMUM OF 6 GUESTS (INCLUDING KIDS) AND 2 VEHICLES. This is to ensure an enjoyable experience for guests in all 3 of the units on property. If you are found to have more than 6 people at the house you will be fined and asked to leave. You have your own private entrance and private patio with a partial ocean view through the lush mature trees. Amenities include a refrigerator, full gas range and oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishes, pots and pans, utensils, cutlery, bath towels, beach towels. The shower has an on-demand water heater which is common in Puerto Rico. This apartment is 1 of 3 units in our freestanding complex. Because of this you will be sharing parking and the communal patio with other guests. This is a great opportunity to meet and socialize with guests from around the world. We think it's the best combination of a hostel meets hotel situation. Plenty of privacy with the opportunity to be social if you would like. Take advantage of the built in charcoal grill and hammocks or make a cocktail out back and relax. Rincon attracts visitors from Puerto Rico, Europe, Latin America and across the United States. Our guests are usually laid back, adventurous and friendly travelers and we only ask that everyone be respectful of the quiet hours and the maintenance of the community areas. A note about utilities in Puerto Rico // Please be aware that across the island our utility systems are fragile. Our neighborhood has a reputation for having consistent power and water, however occasional outages are beyond our control. We do have a 400 gallon backup water cistern available for guests. At this time we do not have a back-up generator. However, we do supply flashlights and battery lights for our guests. Keyless entry makes arrival and entry very convenient. You have access to the entire upstairs (which is this 3 bedroom unit) along with the communal outdoor and patio area which is shared with the two 1 bedroom units below you. We are so excited to have you experience Rincon and want you to have the best trip ever! We have a property manager that is available during your stay should anything unexpected pop up. To set you up for the best possible experience, we encourage you to ask questions prior to your trip and print your welcome pack as cell service on the island can be intermittent depending on your carrier. Corcega is a quiet neighborhood on the south end of Rincon. This area is known for sandy beaches and calm waters. The popular surfing beaches of Rincon are less than 10 minutes away. The house is on a quiet street with lovely neighbors. The public sports complex is close by and offers tennis courts, soccer field, rubber coated track and body weight exercise equipment. Alemendros beach, known as the best swimming beach in Rincon, is less than a half mile away. The beautiful Rincon town plaza is less than 2 miles away. If you are flying I highly recommend flying in and out of Aguadilla. It is a convenient little airport just 45 minutes north of Rincon. United, JetBlue and Spirit offer flights into and out of BQN. Most tend to be red-eye, fyi. Rental Cars are available at both San Juan and Aguadilla airports. Bring printed proof of liability insurance coverage (your insurance agent can get this for you) so you don't have to purchase additional coverage. Driving around the island is easy, but a little different than North American and European driving. Watch for road hazards and be ready for interesting driving maneuvers. Uber and Lyft haven't caught on in Rincon, so don't set that as your plan of transportation. Be sure your cellular carrier will work in PR. Do this BEFORE you travel! If it won't, you're going to have to go old school and use a map. Our address (929 Calle Bastia, Rincon) WILL pull up on (Hidden by Airbnb) Maps and Waze, but many places don't have a street address, so they won't pull up. For those ones your best bet is to send yourself a pin. This is a relaxed, family neighborhood. If you are looking to relax and unwind, this is the place for you. If you are looking to party late into the night, this is not the best spot. We ask that you wind down the noise at 10pm as to not disturb our wonderful neighbors. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ONE OF OUR NEIGHBORS HAS CHICKENS. The roosters tend to be early risers. Most guests find that the white noise of the A/C unit drowns this out, but if you are a very light sleeper you may wish to bring additional noise canceling devices.
