It is clean and bright, with modern finishes and beautiful decor throughout. With it s close proximity to amenities, as well as one of the absolute best beaches in Costa Rica, you are guaranteed to have a memorable stay! The space: We have designed our unique vacation rentals to be clean, comfortable, and fully functional in order to provide our guests with the very best experience possible. This also includes being able to flush your toilet paper during your stay (which is NOT so common in many places in Costa Rica!) Other things to note: Samara is a safe and family friendly beach town that offers some of the best dining in all of Costa Rica! Whether you are enjoying a meal on the beach or in the main part of town, you will find a wide variety of ethnic food choices. Samara beach is known as one of the safest beaches around for swimming whether young or old, and it is also great for surfing whether you are an experienced surfer or just beginning to learn. The neighbourhood: Chris and Shayna’s vacation rental is located in Sámara, Provincia de Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Sea Casa vacation rentals are located in the beautiful, quiet, and peaceful neighborhood of Buena Vista in Samara. They are surrounded by rolling hills and vast green farmland fields. Be sure to bring your camera, as it is easy to spot many different types of wildlife such as Howler Monkeys, lizards and Iguanas, Pizote (raccoons), different species of birds and butterflies, free roaming horses, cattle, and much more! More information Getting around: This unique vacation rental is located in a very close proximity to the beach and town, which makes for a very nice walk or bike ride on easy terrain. It is a quick 5 minute walk to one of the best local markets in the area, where you can get anything that you may need. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach, and an additional 5 minute ocean front stroll that brings you to the welcoming town of Samara. If you have rented a vehicle, we offer free secure parking on premises during your stay. Also, parking around town is free! We do not have a washer and dryer on site for guest use. There is a local laundry service in town that you can either drop your laundry off to and pick it up once it's ready, OR they offer free pick up and drop off to our Sea Casa guests. Their prices are very reasonable. During longer term stays, we will use our personal washer and dryer to freshen up any linens and/or towels every few days. *We do have a security camera facing the front gate and parking area, it is used strictly for watching for new guests to arrive so we can meet you at the gate.*
