Enjoy our beautiful and clean 2-bedroom townhouse for vacation and/or workation. It's located in the secure 5-star Gold Coast gated community on the northern part of the island close to beaches and restaurants. There are 3 community pools (100 metres from the house), a clubhouse with a restaurant, a gym and tennis courts. We have a private DSL internet connection, ideal for trouble-free online meetings. For a relaxing day at home make use of our backyard with plantings and a BBQ. The space Our 2 story home has a full kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room and full bathroom on first floor and 2 bedrooms with private balconies and ensuite bathrooms on second floor. The master balcony overlooks the golf course. The contents of the house are filled with exotic furniture and a large screen TV in the living room. The living room has an air conditioner. Each bedroom has vaulted exposed wood ceilings with ceiling fans and each has its own tv and split system air conditioner. The house has high speed internet service. The house is good maintained and sparkling clean. We have the Aruba Health & Happiness Code certification which provides assurance that we have taken every measure to offer a safe environment for you, our beloved guests. Although we did not make special arrangements for small children (i.e. high chair, crib), you are welcome to rent with your whole family. Please be aware that it is a 2-story house and that there are stairs in the house.
