"From Away" airbnb (Room 1)

Hello! and thanks for your interest in our century old, very traditional Nova Scotian home! Its positioned beautifully for taking advantage of hiking and cycling along the Atlantic Ocean visiting the gorgeous south shore (Peggy's Cove, Lunenberg, etc) fishing villages, and the city of Halifax, only 25 mins away. Or if peace and quiet is what you're after, thats also readily available. - Medium size room, one with a queen size bed. - Two windows, with harbour and ocean view!! - The bed has a down duvet and there are extra blankets on hand, just in case. - You will be sharing our three bedroom , century old three bedroom house with me and my spouse (and 2 cats). - There is one, Full washroom, for the guest rooms, (and ourselves), but it has not been an issue for most visitors due to the flexibility and good nature of the guests that we have had so far. - Unlike a hotel or an official Bed & Breakfast, the bedrooms do not have locks on them. It is a home after all. ( there is a latch & lock inside the room ) -Living room, dining room and kitchen on ground floor - 1 bedroom and shared washroom upstairs - Towels and linens are included, of course - Beautiful front porch with tremendous views - Great side patio with table, umbrella and lounge BBQ, chairs -Big back yard - Kayaks and Paddle Board - Kitchen is fully equipped - Washing machine and dryer available if needed - Parking - WIFI As much or as little as desired. As there is no public transportation in our area, a vehicle is a must! There is plenty of parking. - Coasters should be used on the living room table, the dining room table. - After 11pm, if we're sleeping, please limit the noise so that everyone can sleep soundly. - Check with us beforehand if you are to have house guests. - And lastly.... Please do not touch the vinyl LPs or the audio gear. Pretty straight forward really :)
