This apt has with its own entrance, washer and dryer, kitchen. You're welcome to use our screened porch and interact with our 7 beloved chickens. The basement apartment is over 900 sf and has a full sized kitchen. Off street parking is available. The bedroom has a queen memory foam mattress with blackout shades. Fast speed Verizon FIOS internet and Direct TV with NFL Sunday Ticket are provided. Separate washer and dryer. However, it's only a 15 minute walk to the Wheaton Central Business District, which has many restaurants, shops, a 24/7 Safeway Grocery store, and the Wheaton metro on the red line. It's also home to the Westfield Mall. The Wheaton Regional Park is nearby and contains the Brookside Botanical Gardens, Nature Center, Riding Stable, children's train ride, and more. There is also a bike share station a couple of blocks from our house. Our home is within 15 minute walk to the Wheaton metro (red line), 5 minutes walk to the bus lines, and less than 1 mile from I-495. Uber services are ample in our neighborhood. Zip Car service is available by the metro and Enterprise rental service is a mile away. There is also a bike share station a couple of blocks from our house.
