Amazing Ocean View with Beach Access

Nestled 50 Meters above the Pacific Ocean and with direct beach access, our apartment is ideal for families and friends that want to have the choice of relaxing at the private condominium pool or the apartments’ generous terrace, or enjoying a fun day at the beach. The 3500 sq ft apartment is ideal for families or friends that want to relax and have a good time together, yet have enough space to not feel crowded. Two bedrooms have two full size beds and the third bedroom has two twin size beds. Ideally, 6 people are recommended, but 8 can comfortably be accommodated by using the two beds that are available in the TV room. To get to the beach, you can walk down steps (3 minute walk) or take the funicular that also goes to the beach. Inside the condominium, there is a private pool area for you to relax and enjoy a nice drink while looking over the ocean. Flor, our longtime cleaning lady, will be there during your entire stay (from 9am to 1pm). For parties that are larger than 6, she will bring an additional help (Extra fee of USD30 per day), and you can be sure the apartment will always be spotless. If you would like Flor to stay until 5pm, and help you with cooking and serving, this has an additional cost per day. We highly recommend you take advantage of this, and ask her prepare some of her best dishes like Ceviche or Camarones al Ajillo.
