Beautiful private bed and shared bath in large 6 bedroom home next to a golf course with 2 living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and yard. Perfect for a quick weekend getaway & extended stays! Frequent guests include nurses on rotation in the area. This home is perfectly nestled within a suburban neighborhood on the outskirts of a beautiful golf course. You'll find countless pedestrian trails around our home for a relaxing evening walk or early morning jog. We also have discounted prices for extended stays. Please, see below, under 'Other Things to Note', for our unique pricing structure. The home is protected with an electronic lock that requires a different numeric code per guest which allows us to provide a 24/7 check-in time for all our guests. All the necessary information will be provided once a reservation is confirmed. My father is now retired and does most of the maintenance work around the home. He's there to keep our guests happy so he's always available to contact with any complaints/issues/emergencies. Since this is a vacation home for my family and I, we typically prefer guests that require an extended stay (less turnover of guests = less visits back and forth from Stockton to San Francisco).
