Super Walmart open 24/7 only 5mins. All local restaurants and all American chain restaurants all within 2mins. 2 parks within walking distance by the beach one with a walking track. Other beaches close by for swimming Sardinera beach & Restaurant One of my favorite places to spend the day. I will provide beach chairs, beach towels, Cooler Self Check In lock box (Gate) & Room keyless entry I will be on premises most of the time. You have self check in Beach house community locals are very friendly and welcoming. Everything is close by restaurants,grocery store,Walmart,sam's club , Walgreens beaches, sports bars ext.... Cleaning fee $50 All Guest must be registered through Airbnb If guest is not registered through Airbnb are not allowed to stay No party's, No loud music, No extra guest this is a respectable home with owner on premises. You will have 100% Privacy
