Longmont Mountain View Retreat 2 Bedrooms

Our home is a cozy refuge away from the noise and haste for busy travelers. We are 25 minutes from Boulder, and a one hour drive to Denver or Fort Collins. It is a one hour drive to the spectacular Rocky Mountain National Park, and a 2 hour drive to multiple world class ski resorts...and many more beautiful Colorado destinations, too numerous to mention! On site we have a lovely private backyard complete with a hammock where one can relax and take in the changing scenery of the landscape and watch parachuters float to the ground from the nearby airport. We also have a second room with a King bed available. Inquire at the time of booking for more detail. It's Colorado...smoke what you want outside only. You will have access to the entire first floor and use of the kitchen and a shelf for food in the fridge. We also have a fire pit (wood available) and a lovely private backyard which you are free to enjoy at your leisure. We are owners of a Spa business and as a guest you also receive spa discounts. We totally enjoy entertaining and socializing with our guests and yet we are very busy with our work so you may not see much of us depending on what's happening in our many endeavors. Our neighborhood is quiet and filled with friendly active people. We are within a 10 minute walk to McIntosh lake which offers a 4.5 mile loop hiking/biking trail. Just down the street is a local park which has a basketball court, Tennis and pickle ball court and Twin Peaks Golf course is 2 blocks away. If skydiving is your thing!..you can schedule a dive at the Vance Brand Municipal airport a few miles away! Public transportation is not available in our neighborhood and you will need a car to get around. We have easy access to I-25, which will take you South to Denver and Colorado Springs or north to Fort Collins. The Denver International Airport is 45 minutes away. We have very old cat named "Meow" who is very social. He will meander into your bedroom if you leave your door open so we suggest that our guests keep the door to their bedrooms closed.
