We consider the Morguen Toole Hotel a "boutique hotel"; small in size but big on personality. Each room has an individual charm and unique style. The building was built in the late 1800's and considerable care has been taken to maintain the integrity of the structure while modifying it to modern standards. The majority of our rooms are on the 3rd floor with the exception of Helen's Chamber which is on the 2nd. Helen's Chamber is handicapped accessible. The hotel can be rented as a whole. The area has loads of great adventures within a short drive of our building. Falling Waters, Kentuck Knob, Flight 93, Mt Davis, The Miners Museum and Deer Valley YMCA are great sites to see. We also sit perfectly between three ski resorts, two casinos and thousands of acres of state game lands that are perfect for cross country skiing and hiking. A short 30-40 minute drive from 7 Springs, Wisp @ Deep Creek Lake and Hidden Valley Ski resorts and just a few blocks from the Meyersdale GAP Bicycle Trail, we boast the perfect location for a quick getaway from DC, Baltimore and Pittsburgh.
