Nice apartment close to University of Costa Rica

Nice apartment located in San Pedro de Montes de Oca, in the east of San Jose, 3 minutes walk from University of Costa Rica (UCR), the main Costa Rica's University; less than 5 minutes by car from Barrio Escalante and La California two of the top Costa Rica places for nightlife; and less than 15 minutes by car from San Jose Downtown. It’s located in a quiet and safe neighborhood in a university area, near public transportation, restaurants, mini markets and super markets. I speak Eng/Spa. The apartment has a small, but enough for 2 person kitchen area, with everything you could need: refrigerator, microondas small electric kitchen, oven, coffee maker and cookware (plates, spoons, cereal cups, glasses, pan, silverware, etc). The bedroom has a Smart TV with Netflix (I'll provide you an account) and Youtube access, iron, hair dryer, a tower fan and another fan out of the window for moving fresh air if necessary. Also, there is a desk with a chair for working on your laptop. I will provide you towels and bed linens. There is a very stable 100 MBs Internet connection by Optical Fiber (the most stable technology) and and secondary 20 MBs connection if something happens with the first one. This is more than enough for working, studying, even gaming if you want :) Do you need something else? Tell me, probably I could help you. I usually will be there to help you to access. If I'm not in place, I will send you instructions to get there and access using a key box. Do you need early check-in or late check-out? Just let me know, probably it will be possible. Usually I will be available for everything you need. I will be able by phone, (Hidden by Airbnb) or email. If you have a question during your stay, don't hesitate to ask me, I'm here to help you. Quiet and safe neighborhood in a dead end street with minimal car traffic. Located in a university area, close to public transport, restaurants and supermarkets. Mall San Pedro is 5 minutes by taxi or 20 minutes walking through of the University. Uber and Didi are excellent options to get around the area. I can also provide you with a phone number for local taxis. The bus stops for Sabanilla, Barrio Escalante, Interlinea Desamparados - Moravia and Periférica are located 300 meters from the apartment. You can use Sabanilla and Barrio Escalante to get to San José downtown (around 20 minutes travel). You can also walk about 15 minutes through the University to take a bus to other places like Cartago and Turrialba. There is a garage you could use some days. But this is not guaranteed, this is the reason why I announce the apartment as no parking space. In any case neighborhood is a dead end street, very safe, with cameras around all the street. Neighbors usually keeps their cars outside during the night. So, you could leave it there too.
