Located right at the junction of freeways 24, 580, and 680; a perfect space for those travelling to see family or on their own adventure! This space contains all you need for a short or long stay in the Bay Area. The unit was renovated only a year ago so everything is like new. It has carpet in the bedroom to create that comfy feeling. All of the windows provide ample sunshine during the day and strong shutters to keep the light out at night. The windows look out into your own backyard. The kitchenette contains all you need to make a small meal and is equipped with a full size fridge and garbage disposal. The couch is comfy and looks up at a TV mounted on the wall. There is a dining room set just below. There is also an electric fireplace that can produce heat or just visuals, making this a comfortable rest-bit no matter your reason for travel. The parking space is located just in front of the private fence access that leads to the key code door. The space is on a private road so no need to fear about your safety. There are little to no neighbors and the unit is very private. I Guests have access to their one bedroom apartment, their 2 car parking spot, and a private backyard. Downtown Walnut Creek is a two minute drive with restaurants, shopping, and entertainment abounding. If you're looking just for a space to rest your head or a home away from home, this private apartment is sure to fit the bill. There is a dedicated two car parking area just outside the fence of the unit. Walnut Creek BART is about 5 miles away and can take you into most of the Bay Area in less than 30 minutes. Uber and Lyft are available within less than 5 minutes at most times of the day and night. If you’re a cyclist or enjoy walks outside, there is a trail at the bottom of the hill trailing from Walnut Creek to Livermore. When pulling off of the private road, make sure to look to your left. If you look high enough you will see a larger circular mirror. That mirror will give you a better look at the traffic coming up the hill.
