Safe Haven on the lake!

We have called our place " Safe Haven" because we believe it is just that! A quiet place to relax, read, watch movies and look at our spectacular lake view with various wildlife such as Herron, jumping fish, turtles, Canada Geese and more. We also have a paved walking path across the street that leads you to a local Coffee Shop called Circa Antiques Marketplace, or beautiful walks. Please note that no smoking, vaping or burning of candles is allowed on the premises; inside or out. A private, fully furnished 800 sq. ft. basement apartment within host home*. Open and modern space Kitchen stocked with all the essentials. Coffee, tea, condiments, cooking and baking needs. Sleep well in the queen sized bed, with bathroom off bedroom, full closet. A Dohm sound machine is also included in the bedroom. Island in kitchen makes good work space. Watch Roku TV, Hulu, Netflix on comfortable reclining couch. Free Wi-fi Daybed in living room for napping, reading or looking at beautiful view! (Inquire about using this as an additional bed for up to 1 guest as there is an additional fee of $10 per guest per night ). * you may hear muffled footsteps above from time to time during your stay. Delighted to interact with guests as they need or see fit :) We are available via phone, text, or email. We live on 1.7 acre plot so neighbors are not close like in a subdivision. You can park on the premise. You can walk to a coffee shop and a few local restaurants; She's Craft Co. (Amazing Asian Fusion Food) and Circa Antiques and Market place with amazing coffee and more. Tyrone Park has a nice lake to walk around as well. Guests will have the entire apartment and can use the lake to fish "catch and release" (pls bring own equipment) and the grounds outside to enjoy. A friendly reminder that no smoking or vaping is permitted on the grounds or inside apartment. NOTE: If you are coming with two cars and intend to park on the property please notify me beforehand!
