Cerro Gordo Beach House is a Beachfront Paradise just 35 minutes from San Juan located in the North side of the island. Just 10 minutes from shopping centers, restaurants and to local Supermarkets. Walking distance to local food restaurants and bars. Away from the common Tourists area, you will be part of the local vibe. Close to tropical forests, caverns and other historic sites. Enjoy our beautiful beach, swim with the turtles, amazing ocean views, salty breeze and a relaxing "hammock siesta" The first floor accommodates seven guests in two bedrooms and an additional couch in the living room for two more and two full bathrooms. The second floor accommodates ten guests in three bedrooms and has two full bathrooms. Air conditioning only in bedrooms. Ceiling fans in other areas. Each floor has its own fully equipped kitchen, dinner area, TV/Cable WIFI, outdoor gas BBQ, hammocks and spectacular views of the beach and the ocean. Parking for four to five cars at the property and comfortable shaded terrace with gas BBQ, and a beautiful backyard to get sun tanned or just relax in the sand enjoying the spectacular sunset. This a local fishermen area were locals come to enjoy the food and the beach all year long. In Puerto Rico you need to rent a Car to get around. There is a lot to see. Direct access to the Beach House through the parking free area for four to five cars inside the property. Access to the Beach House keys are at the property so you can arrive anytime and your keys are going to be available at your convenient time.
