Efficiency apartment located one block from Historic Pendleton Town Square. Walk to dining, shopping & Historic Sites. Three miles to Clemson University & T. Ed Garrison Arena . Renovated space with Queen Size Bed, kitchenette, bath, living area with Dish TV. Apt. is behind historic home where owners reside. Parking is available. NO SMOKING or Pets except for documented Certified Service Animal. At least 1 adult guest over the age of 24 must be present for stay. Short-term rental, <6 days The apartment is very nice, it was just completed so the fixtures are all new. The bath has a tiled shower with glass doors. The kitchenette has a coffee maker, small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, dishes, flatware and glassware, there is no stove. Coffee & tea are available as well as 1/2 & 1/2, sweetener, sugar and 2 bottled waters. The apartment is in the same building as the garage which faces N. Broad St. Parking for apartment is just off the driveway, on the left, in front of the garage. Walkway to apartment is located to the left of the garage, there is ample lighting at night. The building that the apartment and garage are in, is behind our home which faces E. Queen St. There are no steps to the apartment and it is on one level. Outside of the apartment, there is small outdoor cafe table and chairs as well as a glider for your enjoyment in good weather. Owners live on property so are available during your stay. Owners do use the garage so you may hear the garage door open and close during your stay. Owners will be as considerate as possible in limiting this noise at night or in the morning. Our neighborhood is Historic so it is quaint. The apartment is behind our home. We can easily walk one block to several restaurants, a brewery, a bakery, a wine bar, a coffee shop/brew pub, a rum distillery, an ice cream store, and shops. We are also on the Pendleton Historic Walking Tour. The Catbus picks up on the town square which is one block from the apartment. If you want to eat dinner in Pendleton, you can easily walk to 3 restaurants. On busy weekends, you will want to make reservations. 1826 Bistro is a lovely, small restaurant in the Historic Farmer's Hall on the town square. Blue Heron is more lively with a hopping bar and very good food. Vaqueros Mexican is also right on the square in Pendleton if you are craving a margarita! A new coffee shop/brew pub, Brews, is 1/2 block up E. Queen St. and Pendleton Brewing Company and their Biergarten is 1 block away on Main St. Also on the Square are Brooklyn Pizza and Swamp Fox Rum Distillery. For a delicious breakfast, lunch or Sunday brunch, try The Village Bakery and Cafe. Don't forget to stop by Mama Rae's Ice Cream shop after your meal! In addition to dining, there are several gift shops, antique shops and an art gallery to explore, all within easy walking distance to the apartment.
