Casa Paraiso de Vida is a recently constructed 3 bedroom 3 bath home in a beautiful development with four other homes (thus far). Set in a backdrop of soaring native trees. The house was built to North American standards and codes and is situated just outside the town of Paraiso, Guanacaste Costa Rica. We are located less than a mile to Playa Blanca, a great walk! A 10 minute drive to Playa Junquillal, a 20-25 minute drive to Playa Negra and Playa Avellanas and about a 30 minute drive to the bustling town of Tamarindo. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities you will need including a stainless steel stove, water dispensing refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, gas barbecue, blender and toaster. All the cabinets are custom made and the large island has a gorgeous marble top with bar seats around it. The living area has a flat screen smart TV and DVD player. The house also has a washer and dryer for your use. The open floor plan kitchen and living area has sliding glass doors that open to the infinity edge plunge pool. Each bedroom has a queen size bed and its own bathroom with shower, closet, ceiling fan and mini split AC unit. The home features as much outdoor living area as indoor. The large tiled deck has a table and chairs for 6 and an umbrella, for your comfort. There is a covered carport for 2 car parking Staying in Casa Paraiso de Vida, you are within in close proximity to surfing and swimming beaches, snorkeling, beach clubs, bars, spas and restaurants. There are many tours available like horseback, zip lines, sailing, fishing, scuba diving, bike rentals, and a few hours to volcanos, cloud forest, white water rafting and jungle tours.
