Amazing House in the heart of the Riviera Maya!!

Chan Chemuyil is in the heart of the riviera maya. It is located across the street from Xcacel beach. This beach is a hidden gem and rated among the top beaches in the world. Our house is located in a great friendly neighborhood. Almost Half Canadian and half American with a few other nationalities mixed in. Everyone is very welcoming and the neighborhood is very safe. Our house has everything you need and then some. We have a room filled with toys for kids. And a variety of books for adults. We also have a movie library of over 500 different movies We have a washing machine and guests have access to beach chairs and coolers and bicycles. Also, goggles and snorkeling equipment. And make yourself at home. Nothing is off limits here. I live in the United States but I'm available anytime by email or phone. Don't hesitate to call or text!! In town, there are many restaurants and a few bars. And fresh taco and fruit stands everywhere. A rental car would be nice but not necessary. You can hop the local collectivo very cheap and go anywhere along highway 307 Our internet and wifi are very fast and Netflix is no problem. We have a blue ray DVD player that has Netflix and Hulu and a chrome cast if needed.
