Great location-directly across from North Medford High School. Newly renovated house inside and out! We created this house with comfort in mind-cozy pillow-top beds, super fast wi-fi, and 2 tv’s with Netflix, Disney and Hulu apps, new couch, granite countertops with a great table to enjoy a meal or a cup of coffee! This is a cozy house that will be great for relaxing in. Everything is brand new and remodeled so it’s all fresh and clean! You can cook your own meals, play some card games at the table and watch a movie on the tv. Upstairs you and friends or family can each have a comfortable bed and share the Jack and Jill bathroom. This house is pet friendly. You have access to the entire house and front driveway. Please be aware there is another rental next door. The driveway is shared but each rental has two designated parking spots. We are always available to answer questions via text and live about 5 min away if there are any emergencies. House is centrally located in East Medford. Rogue Valley International Airport is 5 minutes away, Ashland Oregon Shakespeare Festival is a 20 minute drive, and beautiful Jacksonville, home of Britt Festivals is a 15 minute drive. Another favorite spot to visit is Crater Lake which is a beautiful hour and a half drive! Another fun day trip is visiting all the many wineries, lakes, and rivers in the area or take a short 2.5 hour drive to the Oregon Coast. Please park directly in front of the house on the blacktop. There is room for two cars, additional vehicles will need to park across the street.
