This charming lakefront home has been recently remodeled. The spacious back yard has patio which boasts an enclosed gazebo which compliments the hot tub. Relax and watch a movie or just listen to music while soaking in the meticulously maintained hot tub. The back yard also hosts a nice deck with a fire pit and a chimney. The front yard is a 23 mile long lake. Kayaks are available upon request. This is ideal for the ice fishermen or women!! Ice fishing gear is available for an additional cost! This picturesque lakefront home is fully furnished with modern furniture. It is just minutes from downtown Syracuse, Syracuse University and a short 15 minute jaunt from Syracuse Airport. Located on Oneida Lake where The catamaran club is on one side of the lake house and Lakeshore Yacht and Country Club is located on the other. This golf coarse hosted the Mercedes Classic Golf Tournament. Words alone cannot describe what a magnificent golf coarse it is. Located just a few miles down the road are plenty of shops and restaurants. Conveniently located within 15 minutes of Syracuse. Located just up Route 81 is Brewerton which has plenty of restaurants and beautiful walking trails next to the river. Another beautiful place to visit is Baldwinsville. Explore parts of the canal system and eat dinner overlooking the beautifully lit waterfalls. Please note that there will be a $200 fee for any smoking in the house. Please no fish cleaning on the premises. There is a fish cleaning station at the local marina.
