Royal Palm Resort Luxury ocean view apartment

This apartment is located in the secured centrally located resort named Royal Palm Resort. The resort has a communal pool, and is at walking distance from the Parassa Beach and the Marriot Hotel. Nearby is the beautiful Pirate Bay beach, and several great restaurants. This apartment is brand new, has large TV's, good internet connection and has everything you might need during your stay. Furthermore, the apartment has an amazing ocean view. The apartment is brand new, and comes with two large TV's a 70 inch TV and a 60 Inch tv they both are smart TV's with Netflix. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave and oven, the fridge has an ice maker. There is a wash-machine and a dryer available. From the kitchen you have an amazing ocean view also from the balcony. It's possible to check in yourself if you like. We will just leave the keys at the entrance with the security. If you need anything you can always call the property caretaker which is me. I will be available at all times when needed. The resort is at walking distance from a parassa beach, there is a beautiful beach coast walk lane, where people go to walk/bike every morning and evening, if you like to go for walks, this is the perfect spot. Nearby is also Marriot hotel, which has a great beach and restaurant, as well as Pirate Bay Beach, there are also great restaurants there. Pirate Bay is walking distance, but because of the heat it's better to go by car, takes only 3 minutes. Furthermore, the resort it very close to anything you might need and Pietermaai which has amazing restaurants as well. At walking distance from the resort is Parassa Beach and there is a GREAT walking route. In the morning and evening there are always people walking. Beach road walk, and it's possible to walk all around the resort free from cars, really great walking path. Electricity use will be charged separately. As the costs can run up a lot when the air-conditioning's are left on. Therefore, we will check the usage at departure and charge this separately, with normal use the costs will not be much.
