The space is luxurious hi-tech. Dimmable LED fixtures that create rainbow shadows. In bedroom sink faucet with large Swarovski crystal, and backlit translucent counter. Bathroom is large with a tub. Guests have access to the entire large permaculture yard with 40 different exotic fruit trees, many walking/jogging paths, many species of birds, including several hummingbirds, butterflies and lots of flowering plants. In room there is a half height fridge and sink. The kitchen is shared with a few trusted long-time employees during office hours. Kitchen is well appointed with dishwasher, microwave, big fridge etc.. You will also have access to a hi-tech office suite. All services are available and negotiable. Services include 14 to 30 person boardroom / conference room, private cubicle, all format color printing, secretarial services, and even 3D printing. Internet free. We are very helpful and invariably drop guests places, and if they wish, show them a few tourist things. This is a very safe, quiet, upscale, gated community. There are numerous amenities nearby such as the Royal Botanical Gardens, and cultural activities at Queens Hall an the National Academy for the Performing Arts. There are places to eat, coffee shop and a grocery store within a 3 minute drive. Ride-sharing services work well in Trinidad. In many cases a rental car will be most convenient unless you're spending most of your time downtown where parking could be an issue. There are also street taxis and drivers available.
