Cedar Creek Cabin

Outdoor enthusiasts, friends, and families, we invite you to enjoy your next Sandhills trip with a stay at the Cedar Creek Cabin. Our two bedroom, one bath, cabin sleeps eight. Located on a large lot to accommodate outdoor activities, including a fire pit. The park, Nebraska's Big Rodeo, and the town square (where there several dining options) are all within walking distance. The area's main attraction Calamus Reservoir is a short 7 mile drive, offering fun for the entire family. This 120 year old home has been remodeled as a rustic cabin, but still boasts the original wood floors. The cabin has a very outdoorsy feel, including several taxidermy mounts. There is a propane grill and fire pit included for guest use. Guests will have access to the entire property. We live outside the area, but do have caretakers that are available for any guest needs. Burwell is a town of 1200 nestled in the heart of the Sandhills. It's small town living at it's finest with several dining options, ample outdoor recreation opportunities, and entertainment for the entire family. The cabin has enough space to park two vehicles in the driveway, and is long enough to pull in with a trailer. There's also plenty of street parking available for any additional parking needs.
