Modern studio at the foot of the sierras

Modern studio on the ground floor with own bedroom, bathroom, living & dining room and small kitchen with full equipment including washing machine. Very nice terrace with asador and solar heated swimming pool. All private, no other people upstairs so all is very private and quiet. It is possible to put one or two extra beds in the studio in case of (smaller) children. We live on the same property, further down and also private. The house is surrounded by a well maintained garden. In front of the house is a wonderful and spacious terrace with an asador and a modern dining table for 12 persons. The terrace has the natural shadow from a big tree. At the swimming pool (5 x 12) you can enjoy the beautiful sunset and view. For people that want to enjoy the nature and the fresh air. Parking in the garage Swimming pool Terrace Asador Los Cocos is a small town of 1.500 inhabitants (outside the summer season). It is excellently located between Capilla del Monte (Uriturco) and la Cumbre (traditional and beautiful golf course), both around 5 km away. Rio PInto is close by to go with the family and/or to do parapente. You can ride horses in the area as well as hiking ad You are surrounded by nature but not remote. A bus is stopping in front of the house, going to La Cumbre and to Capilla del Monte. A night bus stops in Los Cocos to Cordoba and Buenos Aires.
