Built in 1923 our Casa Grande located in La Anita de Orosi, about 10 minutes away from the historic church and about 1.5 hours from the international airport. It is all wood, yet fully equipped for the modern comfort. Surounded by beautifull garden. Has very spacious environments suited to make your stay a memorable one. Living room, dining room and amazing corridors around the house. Surrounded by tropical garden and mountain. Lots to do. Ruins, waterfalls, river hiking, coffee plantation, local flavor etc. You can relax in an environment with beautiful gardens, lots of birds and nature. Really nice view of the mountains and Volcan Irazu. You would have access to all the social spaces in the house. Living room, dining room, corridors, gardens, etc. I am arround almost every day of the week and the house has a wonderfull lady and a gardener that can help you in any thing you might need. Public hot springs pools a few blocks away. Local market, and a couple restaurants or local soda within a five minute walk. Across the street from the bus stop. In the area to do on a one day tour, Tapanti National Park, Ujarras Ruins, Lankester Gardens, Coffee plantation visit, Orosi Church and museum, Volcano Turrialba(active recently) and Irazu . La Casa Grande is across the Street from the bus stop, of the Orosi line. The Orosi line can be discribed as on time and affordable. We can also arrange for trasportation to and from the airport.
