Come and spend a delightful summer building wonderful memories at the Happy House. 20 minutes North of San Francisco in the beautiful Marin County. Central location 40 minutes west is Stinson Beach, north you are in the wine country of Napa/Sonoma. Per local rules due to the pandemic, please note parties or events are not allowed for this listing until further notice. The 2500 sq ft home has an open floor plan with a great flow. An updated kitchen opens up to the formal dining area that is perfect for entertaining while preparing meals. The kitchen features a classic Wolf gas range and oven, Bosch and Samsung appliances, plenty of storage space and a deep sink. THE BEDROOMS: The house has 4 bedrooms + an additional family room downstairs with a sofa bed that can be used for extra sleeping. - BR1 sleeps 2 – This the master bedroom has a queen size bed with an attached bathroom. - BR2 sleeps 3 – This the kids room and has a bunkbed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin on top and a half bathroom. - BR3 sleeps 2 - The small bedroom has a daybed that opens it into 2 twins side by side. - BR4 sleeps 4 – This is the guest room and has a queen size bed GARAGE: There is "NO" garage available for guests as we use it for storage. You may park in the driveway as long as your are not blocking the sidewalk or you will get a ticket. There is plenty of free street parking as well. BACKYARD: There is a spacious backyard with a pool. There’s a gas barbecue grill and an outdoor dining table. A couple lounging chairs by the pool. BASEMENT: An extra bathroom and the washer and dryer are there. PLEASE NOTE: TV has access to Netflix You have access to the whole house including the backyard and some areas in the garage. However, no parking is allowed in the garage Please have a completed Airbnb profile and tell us a little bit about yourselves and what brings you to San Francisco in your request. Please let us know if you are coming for a romantic getaway, a family vacation or a getaway with friends or a business trip so we can suggest places to visit and things to do. Kids are very welcome if they know how to swim otherwise for obvious safety reasons we wouldn’t allow booking since the pool is not outfitted for non-swimmers. Absolutely NO additional guests, parties or large gatherings are permitted. Doing so will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Either I or a local contact will be available to answer questions and emergencies of course. Stay local and walk to the bucolic downtown San Anselmo or catch the farmers market on 4th street in downtown San Rafael. If you love hiking you’re in for a treat with the beautiful hiking trails Yolanda Trail, Mount Tamalpais, Ring Mountain, Phoenix Lake to name a few. Without forgetting the beautiful seaside town of Sausalito which is a short 15 minutes away. Please be mindful that this a residential neighborhood and as such keep the noise level low after 9:00 pm until 8:00 am
