Large, welcoming home sitting 3500 Ft above sea level with magnificient view in gated community. House is located only 10 minutes from the growing town of San Ramon and has beautiful gardens, swimming pool, gym, game room, sauna, & hot tub located on premises. Can easily walk in the neighborhood and observe local wildlife. Easy access to Juan Santa Maria International Airport and many local tourist attractions including zip lining, volcanos, thermal springs, and horseback riding. Martin Rojas, my property manager, will meet you and escort you to the property, show you around and answer any questions you have. He lives only 10 minutes away and will be available to you for any issues. He can also assist with arranging day trips to tourist attractions and can assist with airport pickup if needed. Any additional fees for these services will be quoted by Martin and are payable directly to him. The neighborhood is a gated community with 25 sites for building with approximately 15 houses built currently. There is a fair amount of distance between each house. You can walk in the neighborhood where some of the roads are paved and some are rough dirt roads so be sure and wear shoes with good treads if you decide to walk on the rough roads. You will get quite a workout as the roads are steep in some places. If you walk out of the neighborhood and turn to the right the road is paved all the way to a river about 1.5 miles where you will see howler monkeys and various birds and other wildlife, particularly if you go very early in the morning. It is a hard walk according to some of my guests who have done it due to the incline. There is plenty of parking at my house in the front portico and driveway as well as you can park in the back of the house. You can easily walk in the neighborhood but if making a trip to San Ramon where the larger grocery stores are you will need to drive or you can walk out of the neighbor to the left and there is a bus stop on the highway where you can catch a bus to San Ramon. The taxi service is not expensive so you can have one pick you up as well. There are a couple small stores you will see when you turn off the highway on the road to the neighborhood where you can find most things you would normally see in a quick shop store, i.e., bread, milk, beer, some vegetables, eggs, etc.
