We can accomodate Up to 20' boats at our back bay docking area. One of the best locations on Champlain and on a dead end road so very little traffic! We are dog friendly! (Pet fee required) Have your next event held here! Weddings, family functions, Birthday/Bachelorette/Bachelor /Bridal functions! Fishing is suburb! Kayaking, tubing, swimming, boating,waterskiing, all here! Short distances golf, tennis, hiking, biking, & .more! We have BBQ's with reservations, dinners on our screened in porch with reservations, take out, catering available for events! 15 acres of land, on the dead end rd right at the water of the lake. neighborhood is quiet with closest neighbor 1/4 mile away Cars are needed for shopping, etc. We do require a signed rental agreement upon booking. We are dog friendly but do require pets to be on a leash while walking the property and must show proof of vacinations
