Beautiful Villa in La Mesa - Fantastic views

62 km from Bogota, on a beautiful spot of the eastern cordillera with a pleasant temperature of 24 degrees, you will find "Finca El Manantial". It is located only 5 km from the village of La Mesa. Fully equipped house including sheets, towels and all kitchen utensils. Bathrooms with hot water. Television and DirecTV. All rooms are equipped with fans although the weather is great. It has many green areas, a private pool, Jacuzzi, gas BBQ. and Parking lot. A beautiful place surrounded by nature with a spectacular view of the mountains. For groups larger than 11 people, we have available a separate bedroom close to the pool area. This bedroom also has an additional bathroom. Please note this room is not attached to the house, but it is within the property. Important Information: • The finca is in the countryside so that despite, it being fumigated constantly, you will find mosquitoes, spiders, etc. Taking insect repellent is highly recommended. • For your safety, please do not use glass containers in the pool and jacuzzi area. The property has plastic cups in the pool area. • Dogs live in the property. These are playful and very good with children. At night, please make sure the garbage cans are closed. Most of our animals are rescue animals, we rescue them and take care of them, they are a part of our family. If you or any of your guests does not like animals, you may wish to reconsider coming to El Manantial. This is a place for those who like nature and animals. • The managers are there to help and resolve any concerns. • For your convenience we have a person available who can help you with cooking, this is a voluntary service and the price varies according to the number of people. • Responsibility: The tenant is responsible for any damage that may be caused to the premises of the estate as to its furniture and furnishings during its stay and that of its guests. • No firearms or fireworks are allowed in the property. The possession or use of firearms or fireworks will cause the rental agreement to be canceled immediately. • Accidents: The owner is not responsible for any accident that may occur during the stay, so that the use of the facilities and services are under the responsibility of each guest. • Utilities: Public water and electricity are provided by utility companies, sometimes there may be faults in the electric fluid since we are in a rural area. • The property has WIFI available in the pool area. However, keep in mind that this is a satellite connection and may be intermittent due to the weather. . Although we have a cleaning fee, this covers a reasonable cleaning job. If the guest, or its group leaves the property at a state that is beyond reasonable (Dirty dishes in the kitchen or around the house, trash outside the designated areas, stained sheets or towels, excessive amount of alcohol bottles or cans around the property, etc) an extra fee will be charged to cover those expenses. The finca is located in a rural area, near the village of La Mesa. It is completely independent and private. The arrival to the Finca is by an unpaved road, which is usually in good condition, (even with curbs in some sectors) although in the rainy season there may be mud.
