The Cedar House of Bristol

Located near the center of Forestville, a renowned section of Bristol, CT. Bristol is home to ESPN and Lake Compounce theme park. You will find the craftsmanship and wood work in this home quite exceptional. Quiet Neighborhood and centrally located. The Cedar house was first constructed in 1890, being one of many original homes in the Forestville area. There are many pictures of the old Forestville village in the Great room which show all the history the home has seen through the years. When I renovated this home, I tried my hardest to replicate the “rustic” personality the home had in the past. The wood work in the home really gives off a warm, homey, and Old World feeling while at the same time being a very modern living space. I performed renovations on the home during the years of 2018 through early 2019, everything in the home is brand new! Guests are welcome to entire home, except for the Basement, Garage, or Attic Always available for questions or concerns during your stay, just say the word! Close to shopping on Farmington Avenue (RT 6) , local breweries close by. I work at Academy Auto Sales inc., which is located two doors down from the Cedar House.
