Drive to Historic Downtown Annapolis in 10-15 minutes. Or stay home and relax in a 3500 super quiet home. One recent guest wrote: “A hidden gem! House is spacious with multiple areas for relaxing, including a patio and pool. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and bathrooms were wonderful (very soft towels and toiletries provided). Beautiful natural light. All the amenities—including food and drinks.” Minutes away from many restaurants and any shopping you need! An amazing experience! We are just North of Annapolis (10-15 minutes to downtown) and about 45 minutes to an hour to Washington or Baltimore. We have lived in all 3 areas and can assist you with ideas about attractions, restaurants, and travel plans. We live near the Magothy River. You can walk to our neighborhood park with a great walking trail and a playground. We have a list of great places to see the beautiful waterways in the area. Enjoy the sunset from November to April right outside our front door. We also live near one of the best live music venues in the country, Rams Head. It is a very intimate 300 seat club and it is 10 minutes away. Just down the street is 49 West with shows most days with 2 regular weekly shows I HIGHLY recommend. Most Tuesdays @ 7pm is the of the finest jazz groups you will ever see - United Jazz Ensemble with a friend of mine (Frank Russo) in drums. Say hello and will probably have an interesting story to tell. Make reservations and go early. It is usually standing room only. It’s only a $10 cover Next is Hippie Happy Hour on (Email hidden by Airbnb) ’s with a local legend- Dean Rosenthal & the 4 piece racquet & I guarantee a experience like no other. NO COVER - just a tip for the band. DO NOT MISS THIS. The house has about 3500 square ft. of space with a 24,000 gallon 9 ft. deep pool in deep end and a waterfall. There are multiple loungers and an outside table for dining. There is a covered hot tub that seats 3 to 6 people that is open year round. Guests will have access to the entire house including the kitchen, the hot tub, (open year-round) the saltwater pool (May-Oct), and the deck. The pool and hot tub are unsupervised at all times so by booking a reservation at our home you assume full responsibility for the safety of your party. The only areas that are not available are storage areas and 1 private office. We have been Superhost continuously from the moment we first qualified 5 years ago without any disruption. We have one of the best ratings in the country for responsiveness. We generally respond within an hour and frequently within minutes. Airbnb is our only endeavor with only 1 property. We are always available by text and are frequently in the area. There are 2 Weber charcoal grills (1 22 Inch & 1 monster 26 for larger cooks. We provide everything you need to start grilling accessories, meat thermometer, charcoal briquettes & lump, wood chips etc. Arnold is 10 to 15 minutes to downtown Annapolis and 30 to 40 to Baltimore and 45 to an hour to DC. There are 2 outstanding restaurants within minutes away - a great waterfront place - THE POINT and a fine dining restaurant- Mezzanote. There is a 3rd a little further- 10 minutes that is an institution of sorts for HARDSHELL CRABS, Crab Cakes and seafood in general - Cantlers. It was opened in 1974. Our home is in a cul de sac of a quiet residential neighborhood. There is free parking and quick access to all the major highways in all directions including the Bay Bridge leading to the Eastern Shore. There is limited public transportation in our area so a car is necessary. Both Baltimore and Washington have mass transit/subway. We do have good taxi and Uber service. We just learned that there is a bus stop in walking distance from our home that will take you to Washington, DC. There are also buses from Anne Arundel Community College to Annapolis.
