Aussprache lernen In our new and smart 5 star holiday home with lake view you spend an unforgettable vacation in Chiemgau and the Chiemsee lake. Our chic apartment "Lieblingseck" is located in a central but quiet location and is only 150 meters from the beach and the ferry to the Frauen- and Herreninsel. The apartment is very energy efficient, offers free Wi-Fi, free parking, underfloor heating in the summer, which also can be used for cooling, a central ventilation system and is modern yet timeless. A private garden with views of the Chiemsee, the Bavarian Alps and Fraueninsel offers a retreat, after an eventful holiday day. The bright living and dining area leaves thanks to the 6m ² large picture window the view out, into the countryside and the Chiemsee. The modern and fully equipped kitchen has a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, induction cooker and oven, egg cooker, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Along the Chiemsee border you will find many well-kept beach resorts. 150m away from our apartment is our nearest free bath access. Individual hidden bays are within 10 minutes walking distance. On the Chiemsee sailors and surfers use the good wind conditions. Also canoes, paddle, electric and pedal boats can be rented on site. Whether a short cycle or an ambitious mountain bike tour, the Chiemgau offers a variety of possibilities of any length and constitution for cyclists and mountain bikers. For tours on and around the lake or on one of the surrounding mountains bikes, mountain bikes and electric bikes can be borrowed from us just around the corner. Enjoy the view and happiness on our numerous Chiemgau hiking trails around the lake or on one of the nearby mountain peaks. After a short hike you will spoil many alpine huts with a fantastic view and always with a tasty snack and a refreshing drink. Rucksacks for your excursions, we have provided for you in the apartment. In winter you can look forward to the annual Biathlon World Cup in Ruhpolding, perfectly groomed cross-country trails and winter hiking trails as well as the nearby holiday ski resort Winklmoos, Steinplatte, Kampenwand or St. Johann Tirol. Since the lake is also frozen now and then, you can curling or simply walk to the Fraueninsel. Our apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers. Since we have just completed the house in which we also live, we ask for your understanding that the garden has yet to "grow".
