At the "Tor zur Hildesheimer Oststadt" you will find MOLKTESTRASSE 89 in an ideal, central location, a small and fine family business, in which the loving care and attention of the guest is the focus! Right next to the "stone pit", a large, green, inner-city park, you live in a Wilhelminian style house from 1884, which is perfectly equipped down to the last detail and completely modernized in a decade-long tradition of craftsmanship. Sabine and Bert-Holger Fütterer do not run a hotel, there is neither a night porter, nor a sauna or bathing area. Wellness in the "actual" sense is very important. Enjoy all the services and offers of the only holiday property in the entire region, which is rated five stars by the DTV-Berlin (German Tourism Association). As a guest of the pension, simply let yourself "just go well" and indulge in the delicacies from the kitchen and cellar! The entire property comprises four bedrooms and is set up and furnished for living and living from individual travelers to groups of up to eight people. The comfort apartment is located on the ground floor (mezzanine) and is intended for two to four people with extensive full equipment. There are two daylight bathrooms and two additional toilets in the house. Guests who do not want to use the diverse, gastronomic concept of the house can take care of themselves in the large kitchen on the ground floor (14.5 sqm) without any problems. Nothing is missing to be happy! Our bike-friendly company always has two rental bikes with a shopping basket ready. Regrettably, however, the house is due to its architectural design from the 19th Century not barrier-free and therefore not suitable for wheelchair users! There is no elevator either! For this, all traffic routes are very short and extremely convenient. We ask our guests to refrain from carrying four-legged companions, as we cannot provide suitable accommodation for your "little darling". And in a consequent implementation of the mission statement of our holiday complex, which has been a member of DEHOGA-Niedersachsen since the first second of its existence, all amenities are ONLY ADULTS available (Ü 16 - "ADULTS ONLY!). Since this industry-standard term appears to be less common in southern Lower Saxony, we use the expression "Ferienwohnung + Pension garni" as the German translation of it. The word "garni" encompasses the entire range of services that we offer to the inclined guest in addition to pure overnight stays. Of course, a good day can start in the morning with a GOURMET BREAKFAST in the "small restaurant" and only end at night in a cheerful atmosphere in our in-house, typically North German pub in the basement or in our wine bar in the historic vaulted cellar.
