This large log home features soaring ceilings and fantastic water & wood views. Comfortably sleeps 22 people, 6 full bathrooms. Enjoy a day on the water followed by grilling on the 2 tiered deck overlooking the lake followed by campfire on the flagstone patio. Great hiking, biking, etc. Background: I bought a campfire girls camp in 1995 that was 60 acres on two lakes. I kept the best 500 feet of water frontage and built a large log home for my 5 daughters and large extended family in 2000. Now that my daughters are grown and spread out I decided to share the beauty of this wonderful place. Please note that two of the reviews are not for this property, but a different property I owned briefly on another lake in a different part of the state. My guests will have access to the entire place, including the home, the private beach, the lake, as well as a 16 foot aluminum fishing boat and canoe are included in the rental rate. Two stand up paddle boards (SUP), 2 kayaks, 1 jet ski and 1 ski boat are available at separate rental rates. I will be available to welcome guests into the home, provide access , show guests around, and will be available to answer questions or solve problems 24/7. Ninety acre water ski-able lake in a quiet, wooded setting. The property is very secluded. No nearby neighbors, but the drive into town for groceries or restaurants is 10 minutes. All adult renters must sign a contract that contains a release of liability for themselves and their children. This is also required by Waushara County rules for renting personal residences. Maximum occupancy is 22 people. Only peoples who sign the contract are allowed on the premises for liability reasons. ** Cancellation Policy** If renters need to cancel, owner will unblock the renters time to allow for new renters to hopefully book. If new renters book that time period then a full refund less $500 re-booking fee, will be given. If new renters are not found, no refund is given.
