From Villa Marsica D you will have a pleasant view of the greenery and of the other buildings. Villa Marsica D is 45 square meters (485 square feet). It features a private patio, a shared garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access. You will be in the center of Miane, a few steps from restaurants and shops. Villa Marsica D is located on the ground floor of a three story building. You will reach it from the parking area without having to climb any steps. To stay at Villa Marsica D you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. Please kindly note. The complex is composed of 3 separate buildings sharing a garden and a patio. It sleeps about 30 people in total. Villa Marsica A, B, C and D are part of the complex. Villa Marsica A is a wonderful independent house, Villa Marsica B and C are part of a detached building, located right next to it, Villa Marsica D is located in a separate building, at the back of the shared garden. Patio The patio is 12 square meters (130 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic wood roof. It is equipped with chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. The patio is shared with the other guests staying at the complex. Garden The garden is 900 square meters (9700 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a gazebo. The garden is shared with the other guests staying at the complex. Laundry room You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.  Patio The patio is 8 square meters (86 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a small wickerwork sofa and with a table. From the patio you will have a broad view of the greenery and of the other buildings. Living Room The furnishings of the living room are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a microwave/oven combo, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room also has a small window. Bedroom with en-suite bathroom You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has three windows. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.   Please kindly note.
