Big apartment in the north of Munich

My apartment is located in Karlsfeld in the north of Munich: Very nice, furnished with Internet-Wifi. You will love my lodging because of very good environment, absolutely quiet, floor 1 without elevator. Supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, restaurants, cafés, beer garden, pizzeria, Mc Donald's in walking distance. Public indoor swimming-pool, tennis court, swimming lake in walking distance. Good park possibilities. Bus: 100m Train: in 20min in the centre of Munich. The apartment is in the 1st and 2nd flor of a two family house. On the 1st flor there is a living room, an eat-in kitchen, 3 bedroom, a bathroom and a washroom. On the 2nd flor there is an office room, a gaming room with a table soccer and another bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment is located in Karlsfeld in the north of Munich. It is nicely furnished, with 4 Rooms and includes Internet/WiFi. The área is very quiet with detached and duplex houses. The apartment is located in the 1st and 2nd flor without elevador. Supermarkets, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, different shops in walking distance. Restaurants: Cafes, "Biergarten", italian, greek, asian food, MC Donalds some minutes walking distance. Public indoor swimming pool, tennis courts. Very nice lake to go for a swim in summer or for jogging. Concerning Parking: In the street right in front of the house regularly there are plenty of parking lots free. Our area is very quiet and in general there is no problem concerning security. The best connection to the city center is: If you have a car: Park in S-Bahn-Station Karlsfeld (this is about 2km from the apartment) Parking all day is just 1 Euro. The street there is called "Zum Schwabenbächl". The train is the S2 what stops in every important station in the center. (Marienplatz, Karlsplatz, Hackerbrücke-Oktoberfest, etc.) Parking in the center of Munich: The car park on Maxburgstraße has 397 spaces. Costs First hour: 3,50 Euros Hourly parking rate: 3,50 Euros Day rate: 28 Euros You can pay in cash, by debit card and by credit card (MasterCard, VISA). The payment machines are on every floor near the lifts. open 24 hours The hight of the entrance is 1.90m. If you want to go to Munich down town by public transportation: you can take the bus and then the subway. Bus stop: 100m, Train-Station: 2 km. The buses are synchronized with the subway and go regularly every 10min or 20min. (depends on the hour) The train needs then about 18min to the historic center (Marienplatz, Karlsplatz, Hackerbrücke-Oktoberfest, etc.), without having to switch the train. Partner Day-Ticket (XL)15,40 € (Group Day Ticket ) The Group Day Ticket is valid for an unlimited number of trips for a group of up to five adults within the selceted area of validity.
