On the ground floor, an equipped kitchen, independent dining room/living room. Independent WC. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and its private bathroom (Italian shower). Upstairs: large landing. 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140, 1 bedroom with 2 beds 80 (or 1 bed 160) and 1 bedroom with 2 beds 80 (or 1 bed 160). Bathroom with shower and bath and wc in the bathroom. Beds made on arrival and towels provided. FIBER access. Gas barbecue-plancha. NON SMOKING COTTAGE. Heating in compulsory supplement from 01/10 to 15/04: 8 euros per day.
