Beautiful stylish apartment

Beautiful quiet 1.5-room apartment (about 40 m²), large dining / living area, nice modern bathroom and cozy bedroom under the roof. With a french window to garden with south side, wooden floor, refrigerator 3 *, espresso machine, microwave / grill, 1 bicycle is available. We like to rent the apartment long term - also via airbnb. Apartment on the 1st floor with fully equipped kitchen including refrigerator, microwave / grill, nespresso machine, water cooker. Garden and garden view available. All our guests have found the living atmosphere really relaxing and comfortable and the apartment cozy and lovingly furnished. The house belongs to you from the first floor. You have the possibility to use the garden. In the basement there is a washing machine and a dryer for your use. We live next door and are always accessible. We often have friends visiting us from all over the world. We speak several languages, so communication should not be a problem. Nice environment, nice and quiet neighborhood because it is a pure residential street. Parking spaces (local residents) in front of the house. In the immediate vicinity is the waterfront (former SpaceCenter and now huge shopping mall with foodcourt and gastronomy nearby the river Weser). In the immediate vicinity there are 2 new large fitness studios. By bike you are in 10 minutes completely in the countryside, at the Wümmedeich and can enjoy the space and so to speak the romantic edition of the north German landscape. By car you can get to the city in 15 minutes, it´s also 15 minutes to the University of Bremen and 15 minutes to the International Jacobs University and the northern part of Bremen with Vegesack. By bicycle it takes 30 minutes to the city. By public transport (bus, tram, city train) it also takes about 30 minutes to the city.
