Private and Cozy Basement/Bedroom Welcoming You!

Large finished basement with king size bed and tv. The bathroom with toilet is located on the main floor. Bathroom with shower is located on the floor above that. The home set up is straightforward once you get here. Pets are allowed! Due to the room being a basement, in the winter, it can get chilly at night. There is a space heater that you can use at anytime. It's a cute, homey, private space. We want you to feel as if this is your home too, so please let us know if there is anything that will make your stay more comfortable. Washer and dryer is downstairs as well, free for you to use. We will give you a one or two day notice when we need to do laundry. Feel free to use kitchen, living room, and back yard to relax and feel homey. You have access to the kitchen. Your bedroom is downstairs in the basement. Toilet is on the main floor. Shower is upstairs. All are easy to find and pretty straight forward. You can use the washer and dryer which are in the basement. The back yard has chairs and a table where you can sit and relax. We give you privacy as well as open communication. Feel free to reach out if you need anything at all! Texts and phone calls are a good way to reach me if I'm not in town. It'd be best if you have a car. But downtown is only 15 mins away!! Please park on street. We are the corner house, so it comes up fast when driving.
