Open space of the flat is spacious and bright. There is living room area with TV set and FREE NETFLIX as well as comfortable sofa plus kitchen corner with everything you need and dining area. Private bedroom offers nice, big double bed. In new, modern and clean bathroom you will find shower corner, washing machine as well as toilet corner. Flat is suitable up to 4 people. Part of the apartment is also private garden with nice seating area situated under the building. You will have the apartment only for yourself, so you have your absolute privacy. We prepared guide book, where you will find closest grocery store, restaurants, tram stop…information about traditional Czech meals and where to try them…where to go for nice walk and where the main attractions are…This book will stay with you in the apartment. The apartment is situated away from the hustle and bustle of the city center but at the same time it is connected with heart of the old town by direct metro line. You can get to city center just in 12 minutes by direct metro. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and clean. Small grocery store is just 4 minutes by foot, bigger supermarket is 7 minutes walking. Local restaurant and bar is located 2 minutes away. You can relax in private garden which is part of the apartment, it is situated behind the building. The closest metro stop Ladvi is just 4 minutes by foot. It will take you to city center in 12 minutes. The nearest city bus stop is next to the apartment. If you arrive by train, you can take direct metro line C to stop Ladvi, it takes around 10 minutes. If you arrive by bus to Florenc station, you can take metro line C as well to Ladvi, it takes about 8 minutes. From the airport, it takes around 55 minutes by public transport and 25 minutes by taxi or Uber. Uber works well in Prague. INTERNET is for free with 50Mb download and 2Mb upload speed. You will have NETFLIX with international channels. For your safety, there is first aid kit and fire extinguisher. We like children, so if you need baby cot, dining chair or toys, it will be there for you. Check-in time is flexible, but please be aware, that if at your check-in day, there is check-out of previous guests, we need time to clean and prepare the apartment for you. Therefore you can check-in anytime after 2pm. Check-out time is till 11am. FREE PARKING spots are situated right next to the building. ARRIVAL FORM FOR YOUR COMFORTABLE STAY Dear guests, after you reserve your stay at our apartment, we will send you via email, before arrival, online arrival form, to make your arrival into apartment and your stay much more comfortable.  Our main goal is to give you the best experience of your stay without any organizational problems. Please provide us clear information of your personal data and estimate arrival time. Please answer all information in the online arrival form required by law about you and your group because every host, hotel or accommodation in Czech Republic is obligated to collect these data for government. Thank you so much for helping us to be an honest host. This data will only be used for the purpose of implementing your rights and will be stored for the necessary time for proving that we have fulfilled our obligations (i.e. for the period that the Office for Personal Data Protection can investigate the fullfilment of the given obligation).
