Just 20 minutes from Maricopa, Arizona, this property features 3 full bathrooms, a living room, family room with fireplace, and a spacious kitchen. It is completely furnished, clean and very comfortable. With five bedrooms and 3 full baths this house is perfect for family reunions. We are horse friendly! There is a fenced area with access to public land that is perfect for horses, and a shed to store your gear. An old fashioned hitching post is out front of the house for equestrian visitors. Begin your ride from your front doorstep! The area is also great for hiking, mountain biking and riding off road vehicles. If you enjoy fantastic mountain views, starry nights and breath taking sunsets, this home is for you! Water is provided and utilities are included in the rates. There is a $5/horse/day fee for water. We do not provided feed for horses, so this is your responsibility. You will need to register your horse as a pet. No other pets allowed.
