The house is located on a hill with a panoramic view of the Sibillini mountains and the Picene hills. It is structured on two floors. Ground floor:  a large living room (with TV, hi-fi system and an excellent collection of classical and opera music?, the dining room, the fully equipped kitchen with appliances and dishes, a large bathroom with shower; all the rooms on the ground floor have access to the large garden. A corner of the garden is equipped with a dining table under a wisteria, built-in barbecue and aromatic herbs of all kinds: sage, rosemary, thyme, parsley, basil; all at your fingertips for barbecues and outdoor cooking. Guests can enjoy, free of charge, seasonal fruit and vegetables grown organically in the fields and in the vegetable garden adjacent to the house. A stone fountain in the garden to water plants and flowers. On the first floor: - the loggia, ideal for relaxation and with a perfectly functioning traditional wood oven, where you can cook bread, pizza, roasts! - a living room with fireplace and a sofa which can be transformed into a comfortable bed if necessary; - two bedrooms: one double + one with a single bed and a half + 1 single bed; - 1 bathroom with tub; the bathroom leads to the terrace at the back of the house and from the terrace to the garden. On request it is possible to book aperitifs, lunches, dinners also for many people.
