The lovely home i situated midway between Durban and Margate. There is a double garage and off street parking for 2 cars. This lovely home has 4 bedrooms, all with sea views. There are two bathrooms, with a bath and a shower. The home has a lovely outdoor entertaining area on a covered patio plus a pool which is shared with the adjacent main house. The space is modern, stylish and spacious and recently renovated. All the bedrooms have sea views and there is a lovely entertaining deck plus a pool. PLEASE NOTE: There are two homes adjacent to each other on the property. The main home is used by the owner at certain times, but each home has a double garage and a braai area, but the pool is communal. There is a manager on duty close by and we are always available to assist at all times. Bazley Beach is close to Pennington and midway (about 45 minutes either way) between Durban and Margate. Popular for relaxing beach holidays. It is easier to have a car in order to travel to the shops and restaurants in the area. The TV has an openview account with selected channels.
