Located near the Downtown area of the historic City of Paterson, nearby plenty of shopping facilities, e.g., a Mall, shopping & grocery stores, & plenty of attractions to see, such as the Great Falls, Museums, Garret Mountain, etc., Only a few minutes from St. Joseph Hospital University, WPU & about 20 minutes from NYC. The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a sofa, 40+ inch TV, small fridge, & microwave. Laundromat (w/coin machines) located inside complex. ON-STREET PARKING ONLY. ON-STREET PARKING ONLY - On-street parking spaces in the vicinity of my place are available during the daytime hours, during the evening and nighttime hours, is not as easy to find parking.
