Brown's Bolthole by the Sea

Brown's Bolthole is a very comfortable, 1 bedroom apartment located just behind the seafront in Cleethorpes. Fully equipped with everything you could need whether travelling for business or leisure. No shared access - it's all yours! In this first floor space you will find a bedroom with a double and single bed, a comfortable lounge with flat screen TV, modern shower room and fully equipped kitchen with space to sit and eat or work. The Bolthole is on the 1st floor, it's all yours and has it's own private entrance. I must point out that the staircase up to the Bolthole is very steep so you need to be reasonably nimble! It would pose problems for anyone with mobility issues. I run a boutique B&B just a couple of streets away and will always be available should you need me! The flat is located just behind the seafront in a quiet residential area. The beach, bars, restaurants and Seaview Street shops are all within a minutes walk. There are some FABULOUS places to eat and drink in Cleethorpes, here are some personal recommendations for your consideration: Valerie's Italian, Petit Delight, Figs, Relish, Tale of Two, The Captains Table, The People's Bar, Marples, Willy's Pub and Brewery. The train station and bus station are a ten minute walk away and you can reach the St. Peter's Avenue main shopping street in less than 5 minutes. There is free, unrestricted on-road parking available (busy at peak times)
