This centrally located apartment is situated just off the Square of Urbana, within walking distance to numerous local eateries, antique shops, boutiques, churches, salons, a renovated theater and even a full grocery store! This cozy, two bedroom, upstairs apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay. There is a main entry door that is secure for your safety. We have supplied a lock box in foyer with two keys. One for main entrance and one for apartment. There also is a coin washer/dryer on site upstairs in hallway for your convenience. There are three main doors out front. Left door accesses foyer where you will find lockbox and mailboxes. Middle door accesses upstairs apartment. Coin washer/dryer is on the left in hallway for your convenience. Fire escape is only used for emergencies. Keys provided in lockbox. Champaign County has so much to offer. Ohio Caverns, canoeing, kayaking, Cedar Bog Nature Preserve, Freshwater Farms of Ohio to name a few. Make sure to visit NaCl Salt Spa while you are here. The Champaign County Historical Museum is also in town. EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2019 LODGING TAX OF 3% WILL BE ADDED AFTER RESERVATION IS MADE.
