Villa Stonehaven, waterfront, quarantine approved

Egmont Harbour is one of the Caribbeans safest "Hurricane Holes" and Stonehaven has a private dock that will accommodate vessels to 100' and 10' draft. The property is landscaped with a roof-top garden, double car-port, private electric gate and beautiful tropical plants and fruit trees. All 3 bedrooms are air-conditioned but many guests prefer the sea-breeze. Extra charges apply if dock space is required. Stonehaven is now approved as a quarantine facility at slightly higher prices. Built in 2014, this massively constructed ferro-concrete underground house was designed by famed Grenadian architect Donald Hanson. With solid walls of nearly 6" thickness, it remains cool year round and being on the beautiful, clear waters of Egmont Harbour there is always a sea-breeze from the East. Amenities include a swim ladder on the dock and a 10' dinghy with outboard for guest use. We live on our yacht at the end of the dock and are always available but will never intrude. Villa Stonehaven has now been approved as a quarantine facility. Please mention if you intend to book with that in mind as there are some minor extra charges to be considered.
