It could not be more central. The 130sqm accommodation is located in the heart of Karlsruhe. Directly at the main station, with connections into the entire region and still located in a tranquil space. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for your stay. The elevator makes the apartment almost barrier-free. There are two spacious bathrooms with shower and bath tub. A spacious living room with a large couch to relax. PayTV included! 2 balconies. 3rd floor. The space Both a pleasant atmosphere and the right lighting are essential for a relaxing stay. Each bed is freshly made upon arrival and you have at least one fresh towel per person. The kitchen has all sorts of utensils and is looking forward to being put through its paces. There are no other apartments on the floor. Surrounded by offices, there is no noise from neighbors at night, quiet neighbors during the day as well. Smoking is prohibited but one could have a cigarette at one of the two balconies. 2 bathrooms, one of them with WC. WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS One TV-set in the living room. We have Netflix but no cable-TV. Air conditioning available on hot days in the living-room. Our guests get a 10% discount on all their orders at one of the local and close by cafés. Too busy or too lazy to get your breakfast sorted? Just go there and have it cheaper. Guest access In the backyard, guests can also park their bicycles. Since there are no other apartments on the floor, you do not have to share with others. The offices in the house are small, the "traffic" in the house manageable. Some rooms face right the central station and are potentially louder than the others, which face the tranquil and green backyard. Other things to note Despite the location at the station, the rooms are relatively quiet. Double glazed windows and the height (3rd floor) of the apartment make this 120 square meter flat an island of tranquility. Nevertheless, one must be aware of the situation. If there are football matches or demos, it could get a bit rougher and hence louder than usual. The traffic-calmed area in front of the house as well as the low clocking of the trains at night, help to keep noises to a minimum. In the adjoining building there are the "DesignOffices Karlsruhe" If you are looking for a workplace or a desk while traveling, then you are at the right spot.
