Duntrune Beach House

Dunetrune Beach House is situated in the secure Bosbokduin Private Nature Reserve overlooking the ocean.A short stroll down the dune takes you to the water's edge where the age old fish trap pools create perfect swimming spots and the beach stretches as far as your eye can see.There are wonderful walking trails. We are also situated right next to the nine-hole golf course which provides panoramic views to the keen golfer from virtually every tee. We are situated 2km from the town centre. The kitchen is well equipped with a large Smeg gas stove with electric oven , free standing fridge and deep freeze. There is a separate scullery with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a pool table and lots of books and games. A short stroll away is Skulpiesbaai Beach which is ideal for swimming,fishing,surfing and snorkelling. Activities in the area include golf,fishing,diving,surfing,bird watching,kayaking,whale & dolphin watching, mountain biking and trail running. My Husband (co host) or I will always be available telephonically in need as we live in Cape Town. Still Bay is known for its great weather with moderate temperatures and warm water and is a popular Garden Route destination.There are hiking trails a short stroll away in the Skulpiesbaai Nature Reserve which criss-cross the entire nature reserve and follow the contours of the dunes where benches are strategically placed where you can sit and watch the whales playing in the bay. The fish traps in front of Bosbokduin Eco Estate are a National heritage site.
