Swimming in the sea at MAITLANDS River is relatively safe but utmost care should be exercised as in certain sea conditions "rip tides" occur. Many species of birds come into our garden. No public transport. Taxi service such a UBER available. Best to have own transport. Restaurants, eateries and a supermarket are close. BARNACLES, a locally situated restaurant is approx. 3 km away. A SPAR supermarket is approx. 3.5 km away.
